SillyTavern-Character-Creator (bmen25124) is an extension that generates character cards from your existing SillyTavern data plus an LLM, including the chargen-v2 model.

Rather than asking you to fill out forms, this extension reads your SillyTavern environment — existing characters, chat histories, world books, and user presets — and uses that context to synthesize a new card. The result feels organically connected to your ongoing stories, as if the new character stepped out of the world you have already built.

It supports both general-purpose LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini via API) and the specialized chargen-v2 model, a fine-tuned variant optimized for character-card field structures. chargen-v2 excels at producing natural example dialogues and coherent personality summaries that match community writing conventions, often outperforming general models on this narrow task.

As a native SillyTavern extension, the workflow is frictionless: generate inside your chat client, save directly to your character folder, and start a new conversation to test — all without switching applications or managing files manually. Parameter sliders let you control complexity, tone, and SFW/NSFW orientation before generation begins.
