Search and discovery is built around a user-generated tag system. Tags cover gender, genre, personality, and setting — cards with fewer than three tags are hidden from search. You can sort by popularity, downloads, or recency, and toggle the SFW filter to show only safe content.

Forking is a unique feature: any card can be modified and re-published as a fork, with the original creator still credited. This creates “family trees” of popular characters where community improvements accumulate over time. A card with dozens of forks often has better-tuned prompts and richer lore than the original.

Integration with Janitor AI runs deep through the “Chub Venus” feature, which embeds the Chub library directly into Janitor AI’s interface. You can search, browse, and import cards without leaving Janitor AI. SillyTavern users can import via direct download or URL.
